In this healing session, Aigar will support us in grounding and anchoring our higher self consciousness into our physical body thus fully grounding us in the present. Only when we are fully grounded in body can we truly heal and for the healing to manifest in the physical realms.

Transmission Preparation

This is done similarly to receiving a distant reiki healing where you lie down or sit down and rest to receive.
