Archangel Metatron is offering to assist us with this healing technique to heal our trauma balls. Trauma balls of stores of energy we have holding in our energy field from when a trauma has occurred for us.

They affect our emotional wellbeing and the effects can linger overtly or covertly in our life going forth.

The levels of trauma can vary from a major accident, health issues, death of loved one, financial loss to someone shouting at you, relationship ending, making a mistake, being punished in some way.

Trauma is caused by any life event we have found painful or distressing.

We can be carrying trauma balls from past lives with us too, which is why you may be triggered when you see a spider for example or are high up on a building and don't like heights and to start to panic.

It can trigger physiological bodily reactions and also cause you to shut down parts of yourself to protect you from the trauma memories.

Metatron will support us in offering a healing to dissolve your trauma balls so your body, brain and soul can now let these memories and triggers go.

This will liberate you in your healing journey to feel unburdened, more energised and to respond to situations differently and feel liberated.

Metatron was able to show Alphedia that one phone call made to her by her then neurophysiologist when she was in recovery and wasn't happy she had set a spiritual business up caused her to hide her light and never have paid for advertising or promotion of the business for example.

This trauma ball was holding her back in her career. You never know where these balls are or what they link to unless you are willing to look at them and choose to heal them.

Alphedia will opening the healing circle with Archangel Metatron by calling in the names and energies of those joining the healing space for this transmission.

"Greetings it is an honour to come forward to offer you the next of my teachings and training on your ascension.

This time we are bringing our awareness to Trauma balls which are locked in your energy field from this current time line or past and future timelines.

When you put your awareness into these balls you will be able to see how much your life is affected by them on a subconscious level.

You may be holding yourself back unknowingly or be unable to physically heal because your body is in a trauma state which is not conducive to the free flow of universal chi.

You may find you are being triggered in life out of your balanced inner state of being due to fears, panic, stress and there for are not enjoying your life to your fullest.

You may also have chosen in this incarnation to clear and heal past life traumas and have forgotten until they seep into dreams, meditations and even real life events.

Some people may call it irrational behaviour but this is just a response to trauma and body trying to process and heal.

For some receiving a medication can be a trauma or maybe you had a traumatic ending to a relationship so you won't let your self experience one again for example.
