We Andromedans have been observing the human ascension and see it is going well.

More and more souls are awakening to their inner spiritual talents and are getting on their paths of light.

Some of you are however feeling frustrated, stuck or slowed back in this process as your soul presents you with challenges to overcome and learn and grow from.

Once you choose the path of raising your energy frequency, you can sometimes start to plateaux and even feel that you are not moving forward in your soul's evolution.

Remember this is not a static path, it is a one way path of enlightenment and if you stagnate on it, you will manifest issues in one area or your life or another as your soul seek to get your attention.

What you may experience in the session

Ideally you will meditate over the session. However if this is not possible you may feel gentle energy work being performed on you.

If you are clairsentient you may feel all the energy shifts occurring at the time but most people notice the shifts a day or two after the healing.

For some however they feel an instant shift, gain clarity and understanding on the healing that has occurred.

We are all sensitive vibration beings and by healing ourselves at a vibration level it can shift blocks within us we didn’t know were there and causing issues in our physical life.
