Join Sherling for this one hour energy healing which completes our body care series. A Date will be released for the bonus healing for those that pre-purchased the whole series.
Sherling will be working with Merlin to support us in grounding into body for a fuller Earth experience. This will help you to feel more, create more and integrate into your soul more fully your life experience.
When we are grounded, we are more present. This means our relationships can improve, our memory recall, our ability to process and function as a human on Earth without drama or distress.
Being grounded means we are able to control our mental body with greater ease to avoid being overwhelmed by fearful and negative thoughts.
When we are grounded, we feel more solid and present in the moment, able to process information with greater ease and to be more practical in our problem-solving abilities to find solutions.
On a physical level it is said to improve sleep, reduce inflammation and reduce pain.
In this healing Sherling will help us shift any blocks to being grounded and in body. Some people - if experiencing trauma or shock - stay ungrounded for a long time.
You will feel much better, Sherling says, when grounded in body and this helps you to focus on healing any areas of the body and life with greater ease.
In this one hour healing:
The first 30 minutes Sherling will help you to heal and process any underlying issues, traumas and experiences that are keeping you from being grounded. This includes past life miasma, ancestral inheritance and this life-time experiences.
In the last 30 minutes Sherling will energetically help your soul to ground fully into body to you can feel and relate more while having an Earth incarnation experience.

Transmission Preparation
Auraengus Manu will be holding the space to connect in each and every one of you who wishes to part of this transmission to the consciousness of Sherling
You may wish to print out a photograph of Sherling and place this under your pillow/chair whilst you meditate or carry it with you if you are going about your daily business at this time.
There will be no live recording or video link of this healing as this is a real-time receiving energy transmission.
This is done similarly to receiving a distant reiki healing where you lie down or sit down and rest to receive.
Your name will be placed under Sherling and connected into the skull by Auraengus at the start of this transmission.
It is advised that you drink plenty of water after this transmission.
If you are active during it and unable to meditate, then take time when you are able to meditate to connect with Sherling and ask to integrate all the healing work that has been done on you and it will be so.
If you are unable to receive this transmission whilst resting or are asleep, part of you will still be actively receiving the healing and you can connect in with Sherling when you are able to meditate to receive the information on the transmission he has run.
